Food is the best kind of science! D-E's Molecular Gastronomy Club takes their passions to another level, investigating the chemical processes that make treats sweet. Nothing works without a bit of salt, acid, fat, and ice or heat! The Club has conducted 'experiments' resulting in delicious caramels, boba balls, brownies, ice cream, and more! This month the Club is teaming-up with D- staff and parent volunteers to share a fudge recipe as part of a community outreach effort and to treat our greater D- community.
