Last weekend, the Dwight-Englewood Model United Nations (D-EMUN) team competed alongside hundreds of other delegates at Dartmouth College during its DartMUN conference. Delegates participated in a wide range of committees, including General Assemblies, Specialized committees, and Crisis committees. “Our delegation ended up performing excellently, winning 17 individual awards with a 95% award rate,” said student representative Max Koppelman ’26. “This massive win solidified what was undoubtedly the best year in D-E Model UN history, with more than 100 registrations for D-EMUN, an 80% total award over four conferences, and 16 individual best delegate gavels.” Well done, D-EMUN, and an extra special thanks to our faculty advisors, Dr. Dominic Vendell and Ms. Kelly Baltes!
