    Adinah Scherl’17  joins Cornell’s women’s squash team as a freshman for the 2017-2018 season.

    Mount Holyoke Captain Alexa Colas’13 earned the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic honor after going 13-8 overall in doubles action. She was 8-6 from the second flight, including a 5-3 mark in the NEWMAC.

  • BEVERLY VAHLTEICH DELANEY DWIGHT ’53

    Beverly Vahlteich Delaney Dwight ’53 was recently elected President of the Crane’s Mill Resident’s Association, a huge job, as there are more than 300 residents in that assisted living community in Caldwell, N.J. One of the initiatives she hopes to introduce is to make therapy dogs available to all residents on a need basis.

    Last fall, David Berliner ’80 stepped into a newly-created position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Brooklyn Museum in NYC.

  • HALSEY FRANK ’76

    Halsey Frank ’76 has been nominated US Attorney for Maine.  Halsey has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the past 17 years. Prior to his current post, he worked as a federal prosecutor for the District of Columbia.

  • JANE LEVITAS KNOX DWIGHT ’57

    Jane Levitas Knox Dwight ’57 was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation.  The Foundation promotes and supports trail stewardship, scholarship and research, and educational outreach.  Jane writes, “Jim and I have traveled the complete trail from Pittsburgh to Astoria, OR and some parts many times. We especially love the northwest where we cleared trails in the Bitterroot Mountains of Idaho this past summer.”

    Jesse Mills ’97  was a featured violinist in the Chopin and Warshaw performance held at the Richard B. Fisher Center at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY.

  • LAUREN KOBLITZ ’98

    Lauren Koblitz ’98 was recently elevated to partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois. Lewis Brisbois is the 13th largest U.S. firm. She is a member of the General Liability Practice and has devoted a significant portion of her practice to defending and advising technology companies in the ridesharing and crowdsourcing industries. She is a member of the firm’s Women’s Initiatives Committee and dedicates time to mentoring new associates. During her senior year at D-E she participated in a Mock Trial wherein she was responsible for the opening statement to the jury. It was during that class that she decided to become a trial lawyer. She attributes much of her success to her teachers and peers who supported her and guided her in the classroom and on the field hockey and lacrosse fields.

    Mandy Hackett ’88 was the Associate Artistic Director of a production of Julius Caesarperformed at the Delcorte Theater in Manhattan this past June.
