D-E ’14

Mar 20, 2018 | Our Community of Learners

Hanna Jerome capped a memorable 2017 season of cross country running by earning academic accolades as well. She was named a 2017 NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country All-Academic Individual by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, an honor she earned in 2015 as well. In order to qualify for the honor, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better and finish in the top 25 percent of their respective regional championship meet. Hannah placed 12th out of 285 runners at the 2017 NCAA Atlantic Region Championship with a time of 22:24.6, which qualified her for the NCAA Division III Championship.

Daniel Shlien is enjoying his senior year at Dartmouth. He is studying economics and public policy and interned at the US Treasury earlier this year. His a cappella group, the Dodecaphonics, recently released its latest album, DDX, on which Daniel is featured as a soloist.
