Our final celebration of Lunar New Year ends with the Lower School! Thanks to our Korean and Chinese Parent Affinity Groups, Lower School students arrived at the Lower School gym to find traditional games, activities, and crafts ready for them! Students had the chance to dress in Korean clothing “hanbok”, decorate fans and build paper dragons, and even do some shadow puppetry (pi ying xi)! It was a wonderful sight to see students embrace the festivities and enjoy these hands-on lunar new year learning opportunities. Thank you again to our incredible D-E parent community. Here’s to the Year of the Dragon!
