CHEERS to Service Learning! Our 8th graders recently participated in the 3rd of their community service opportunities this year. From helping at the Community Food Bank of NJ and baking cookies on-campus for clients of Meals on Wheels North Jersey… to removing invasive plants at Tenafly Nature Center and working in various capacities at the Bergen Family Center, students were empowered to choose their service and then demonstrate hands-on voluntarism in wonderful ways. Way to go 8th graders!
