Cheers for Chess! Our D-E 360° program proudly hosted a Summer Chess Tournament, bringing together students from northern NJ and beyond. Trophies were awarded to the top performers in each age group. 

“I was proud of all our students, who showed good sportsmanship and tons of enthusiasm,” says D-E chess club adviser / coach Mackenzie Molne, aka “Grandmaster Mac”.  Fun fact: Coach Mac recently earned a 2nd place finish in the 124th Annual U.S. Open national chess championships! Wow & way to go Coach Mac – we’re so proud of you!
