On Friday, Nov. 15, our lifelong learners in the Lower School had a fun-filled, hands-on learning day at The Newark Museum of Art! The event was part of our D-E 360° “Discovery Day” Field Trips that are organized when classes are not in session. In addition to viewing the art on display, students browsed through books in the Ms. Marvel Reading Nook, created their own works of art with LEGOs and wooden blocks, and learned about Newton’s Laws of Motion. D-E Families – save the date for the next Discovery Day offering on Friday, Dec. 6, at the New York Botanical Garden Holiday Train Show!
