In honor of March Madness, our Upper School D-EFAC (D-E Fights Against Cancer) Club hosted their own March Madness fundraiser right here in the Myrna B. Sherman Gym! Upper School students created teams to compete head-to-head in a series of spirited match-ups. The club also sold bracelets to raise money for the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and students signed large greeting cards that will be given to members of our community who are currently battling cancer. Congratulations to the “Chin Up” team for winning the championship tournament, and cheers to D-EFAC for raising over $1000 to fight cancer!
