Club & Activities Fall 2021 Highlights

Feb 15, 2022 | Clubs & Service Learning

After more than a year of online clubs and limited gatherings, D-E is excited to have clubs and activities return to campus this year. Club leaders are eager to dive right back into the community projects, initiatives, and leadership opportunities that make our school unique and strong.

Director of Student Activities & Community Service, Debbie Murphy ’11, is excited for this fresh start ahead, “I hope that all students can become engaged in some programming and get involved because that is what makes our community thrive.” With over 70 clubs active and an expansive list of community service opportunities, D-E is in full swing. The philosophy of community service is to “serve with” rather than to “serve for”. To “serve with” speaks to a sense of ongoing partnership and investment into the diverse communities we inhabit.
