Samir Parikh ’29, Rising 6th Grader:

Q: What have you been up to this summer?

A: “I’ve been doing this program called Enrichment at Tenafly, taking a public speaking class, an energy-class, and a Model UN class. I’m acting as four countries: the US, the UK, France, and India. I also just finished baseball, and I think our record is the best it’s been. We’re 8-2!”

Q: What are you looking forward to in Middle School? What do you think will be different?

A: “In Middle School, there are advisories, and you get to choose whatever club you like. I actually want to do Robotics because I’ve heard it’s very fun. I look forward to having new teachers. I’m a little nervous that I’ll get lost and that I’ll miss a class. A bunch of kids will have the same worries. Once this year passes, I will know the whole campus.”
