“I really like that we run the same race course each week. The runners can see how they improve over the season.  Each runner did improve their time during the 5 meets.  Lila Rosenberg placed 4th in one race and 5th in another, the highest a D-E runner has placed during my 3 years of coaching. We consistently had 3 or 4 team members place in the top 30 most of the races. “
