CHEERS to our Upper School (US) D-Ebate Team for their incredible success during the Bergen County Debate League (BCDL) season! At the March invitational event, Joe McDonnell ‘24 (center in photo) achieved 1st place best speaker, while Aly Calmas ‘24 (2nd from right in photo) took 3rd place best speaker. Both Aly and Joe have also claimed 1st place in the BCDL as a team, earning a winning streak not seen in the BCDL in several years! Additionally, in the individual rankings, Aly has scored 1st place in the league, successfully beating 100 other students: clearly the best speaker BCDL has seen this year. WOW & way to go Aly and Joe, and kudos to the entire D-EBate Team!

WEDNESDAY April 17: Congratulations D-EBaters: Undefeated this Season!
