D-E’s Club Être recently hosted a Lunch & Learn with Yansi Fugel, the founder and CEO of Tux Couture. Her company specializes in making suits tailored for women with the goal of empowering women through clothing. Ms. Fugel appeared virtually to discuss the history of her company and the challenges she faced following a time of financial hardship. Her biggest piece of advice was to “be practical and observant of changes in the market.” She also cited “working with people, one customer at a time,” as her favorite part of her made-to-order business. Additionally, we discuss important topics, such as women’s reproductive rights.”
