US Robotics Teams Finish Strong @ Ramsey Meet!

Feb 4, 2025 | Innovation Highlights, Recent News, Tech & Robotics

Our Upper School Robotics Teams competed at their final regular season meet last weekend in Ramsey, NJ and by all accounts D-Emonstrated a great finish! Our Varsity team, Critical Mass (Team 207), held a record of 4-1.  Our JV team, Absolute Zero (Team 13048), finished with a record of 3-2.  These results were good enough for both teams to be selected to compete in the elimination rounds! Head Coach Chris Fleischl shared, “In the elimination rounds, Absolute Zero competed as a member of the 6th seeded alliance.  Despite a valiant effort, they were knocked out by the 1st seeded alliance. Critical Mass played in the 3rd seeded alliance with their parter, Hypnotic Robotics from River Dell High School.  Together, they won their first 3 matches and advanced to the finals.  In the finals, they defeated the 1st seeded alliance, avenging their sister team, and winning the tournament!” Congratulations to Teams Critical Mass and Absolute Zero for their hard work during the season and especially during this competition. Both teams now prepare for the Bergen County League Tournament on Feb. 23!  GO BULLDOG ‘BOTS!!!
