We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Sandy Rubenstein to D-E in conjunction with our Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance) Middle and Upper School Assembly programs. The programs were hosted by the JADE (Jewish Awareness at D-E) Club. Sandy recounted her personal history with the help of her father, Joseph Horn, and his memoir, “Mark It With a Stone,” which recounts his experience in Auschwitz and the Holocaust. Thank you Sandy Rubenstein and D-E JADE for presenting this important and meaningful program to our community!
