As Noted by Head of School Dr. D, the first day and starting weeks of school this September were even more exciting than usual!
Beyond the typical post-summer break reunions, many students and teachers who were not in-person last year returned to the campus. Despite ongoing mask requirements and constant attentiveness to COVID health and safety guidelines — including social distancing and regular testing of our youngest students and those working with them — being together this year has made all the difference.
Dining under the Leggett Field Tent is a popular lunchtime dining and coop-snack-eating destination, and our fully vaccinated, “APVs” (approved parent volunteers) are especially enjoying channeling their creativity and energies on-campus (Hint: D-E parents – see Page 29 for details and to get involved!).
